Christmas PJ's

Christmas PJ's from Grandma LeeAnn! Thanks Mom.
Sometimes he smiles and when he does it can just warm your heart and make up for him still not sleeping.

Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas. We still had kids getting over being sick and so we some down time, but we had so many ups. They all still had colds and Taft wasn't 100% yet, but he was soooo much better than he was. We actually woke up to snow. Not much but it was still a white Christmas. Our kids actually didn't wake up too early since Taft was up all night still not feeling good, Bridger was up in the night running a high fever, and Jacoy just woke up crying...still not sure why. But with all that happened that day we enjoyed being together and talking to our families either by phone or on skype. We love and miss everyone.
I can't move this one, but this was after the presents were open. She was coplaining about her eye hurting and so she got a washcloth and was to sleep in about 3 minutes...not kidding. She slept while I went up and got breakfast ready. He just wasn't sure.

She was so excite for Zhu Zhu pets and track

Just what he wanted.

I know that this picture is kind of weird but it is the only one that I got of the tree. Hmmmm. I guess I was just too busy. The back lights aren't on and that is why it is half dark.

Santa did make it!

Christmas Lights at Oglebay

This year we went to Oglebay and saw their lights. We had a fun night. We were missing our annual trip to Temple Square to see the lights though. Here were some of lights we saw. We loved the flowers and thought that Grandma Marshall would too. Oglebay is located in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Santa

Sorry for the red eye. I haven't had the extra time to fix it:) These pictures speak for themselves. You can see who likes Santa, who is deep in thought, and who really was not impressed with him:) He was so worked up that he threw up...haha. Good times:0) This was at our Ward Kids Christmas Party.

Santa and Christmas

We made it to sit on Santa's lap. I think we may have even found the real Santa. Our kids always only ask for one thing and when Jacoy asked for a Little Pet Shop game Santa said, "and what else." She couldn't believe that he wanted to know what else.

Bridger asked Santa for a Wii and a box. He knew that a Wii came in a box so he thought he should ask for both. When he was done he came running over to us and said, "I did it. I got a Wii for us and a box. All I had to do was tell him. Let's go home." Christmas can be so magical. I loved his reaction.
Taft just slept.
The kids and their new Christmas Jammie's. They all got new slippers and jammies. They get to open their jammie's on Christmas Eve. They thought that it was funny that I wrapped a present for myself. I told them that if I didn't get me new slippers who else would. They were at a loss for words.

Opening presents is always fun.

I think that Taft hit the Jack Pot for only being a month and a half old.

We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!

Christmas Day!

Christmas Day was a very great day. Matt and I heard the kids stirring and since they have to come through the living room to get to us we heard them discussing that Santa actually made it to our house. Bridger got a racetrack which he wanted. This was actually a giant pencil that Coy gave him.
Jacoy got a camera which she wanted, but unfortunately for us it did not work. So, she was a little disappointed on Christmas, but the next morning one of Santa Elves had came to our house and switched out the broken camera for a new working camera because the elf forgot to check to see if it worked before Christmas. Thank you little elf. She loves the new one and has take over 160 pictures because it has a big memory card.

Then this was our present from Jacoy that she made at Kindergarten. She told us that we are not allowed to eat on it because she doesn't want it to get ruined.

Thank you Jacoy we love it!

The night before Christmas...

'Twas thenight before Christmas and all through the house not a creature was stirring not even our children...finally. It was very hard to get them to go to sleep. We had a great Christmas Eve. The kids got new PJ's. Bridger got Transformer PJ's and Coy got new Tinkerbelle PJ's because she wore the butt in the old pair completely out. I should have taken a picture of it before they mad it in the garbage. I wasn't allowed to throw them out until now.
We made cookies and had the Christmas Story. What could be any better.
She sleeps like this a lot. It looks so uncomfortable and we are always fixing her arms or legs. Silly kid:)

Our Christmas Sunday Best

After church on Christmas Sunday we took our annual family picture in front of our tree. Here is the result.

I would say that we clean up well.

Finally Our Christmas

Better late then never right.
This is the kids decorating our tree. We didn't get it put up as early as we usually do because of Finals....yuck.

I am not sure what she was doing here other than just being Jacoy.
Thanks Dad for the tree, it was wonderful.

Lights at Temple Square

We were able to go to Temple Square and take a few pictures of our kids and the lights. We saw the Christmas story and now whenever Bridger sees a baby he asks if it is baby Jesus. What a great family night this was.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Santa, I want.....

At our ward Christmas party the kids were able to sit on Santa's lap. Jacoy asked Santa for her very own camera.
Bridger asked Santa for a racetrack with a yellow racecar.

After they sat on Santa's lap they were given a little white paper bag with treats inside, but Bridger didn't know what was inside. He was all excited and opened it up and then got a disgusted look on his face. I asked him what was wrong and he said, "But I wanted a racetrack, not a cutie. I don't like Santa." I had to explain that Santa brings the presents to our house. He has decided to like Santa again.

Jacoy wasn't sharing with her brother the other night and Matt told her that she was going to get a lump of coal for Christmas. You would think that she would be sad. She was jumping up and down and said, "Finally my very own rock of coal. Thank you Dad." So, I told her that Santa doesn't bring things to kids who are being naughty and she then said, "Well, Santa already said that I was on the good list this year so I don't need to be nice anymore."

What is a parent to do.......
